How Much Space Do I Need?
Each tent measures approximately 48 inches long, 4 feet wide, and 6 feet high. We can arrange the tents various configurations to fit your available space. Please ensure that all furniture is removed prior to our arrival and remember to leave enough room for guests to walk between tents if they are facing each other. Our team does not rearrange furniture, and setups cannot proceed without adequate space; refunds will not be issued for any tents that will not fit in your space.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 14 days' notice for any requests to change your booking date. Your request will be if the preferred date is available. Please note that changes made within 14 of your booking may be denied unless appropriate by our team. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, except in cases of extreme weather conditions; however, we aim to reschedule your event for a later date with the required notice. We understand can happen, so refunds within 14 days will be considered at our team's discretion
How Soon Should I Book?
To ensure your event runs smoothly, we recommend booking as soon as you've selected your date. A 50% retainer fee will secure your preferred date and theme. While we ask for an accurate final count of attendees, you can confirm the final number as late as 14 days before your event. Thank you for your cooperation!

HOW DO YOU SANITIZE PILLOWS?
All pillows have a protector over them when in use. Any other decorative items in the packages are spot cleaned and disinfected after each use as best as possible.
