HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?
The dimensions fo each tent are approximately 48 inches long X 4 ft wide X 6 ft high.
We are able to arrange the tents in many different ways to make them fit. If you are unsure, please let us know the space dimensions available and we can figure out how they will fit in your space.
We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. Please be reminded that if you are having the tents face towards each other, there needs to be enough room to walk in the middle of the room so guests can access their tents.
Our Sleepovers to Geaux reps do not rearrange furniture, they will not set up a tent if there is no room for it, and you will not be refunded for the missing tent
HOW SOON SHOULD I REQUEST A BOOKING?
We prefer that you book your event as soon as you have settled on a date. This insures that your date and theme will be available to you. 50% retainer fee secures your preferred date and theme.
We request that your final count of attendees be as accurate as possible, however the final number can be confirmed as late as 14 days before your event.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a minimum 14 day notice given for requests to change the date of your booking. The customer's request can then be granted on the provision that the preferred date is available. A request to change dates within the 14 days of booking will be denied unless see fit by Sleepovers to Geaux team.
Sleepovers to Geaux does not issue refunds due to cancellation unless there are extreme weather conditions. We can and will accommodate you by rescheduling your event for a later date as long as we are given a minimum 14 days notice for date or time changes.
Sleepovers to Geaux understands that emergency situations do arise, therefore refunds are at the discretion of our team if within the 14 days of booking.
ARE THE LINENS CLEANED AFTER USE?
ABSOLUTLEY!!! All Sleepovers to Geaux linens are laundered
after each use through a dry cleaning service we utilize.
HOW DO YOU SANITIZE PILLOWS?
All pillows have a protector over them when in use. Any other decorative items in the packages are spot cleaned and disinfected after each use as best as possible
